Who we are
Ian Alexander “Alex” Neal was born and raised in Lumberton, North Carolina, where he graduated from Lumberton Senior High School. In 2011, Alex graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in Peace, War, and Defense with a concentration in National and International Defense and Security.
Alex later received his Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 2015, and he was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar the same year. Alex is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the Second Judicial District Bar Association, and the Beaufort County Bar Association.
In addition to his practice of law, Alex is an avid shooter and outdoorsman. Most Saturdays and Sundays in the fall, he will be cheering for the North Carolina Tar Heels and the Carolina Panthers.
Alex resides in Greenville, North Carolina with his wife Hannah and their energetic Goldendoodle, Ellie.
